Diamond cutting
How deep each machine cuts
The four methods we cut reinforced concrete with, to one scale – from the hand-held wall saw to the diamond wire.

Hand-held wall sawup to 170 mm
Vertical and horizontal cuts; for small jobs and places that are hard to reach.

Floor sawup to 500 mm
Horizontal only: slabs, paving, asphalt. High output, outdoors or in well-ventilated places.

Rail-guided wall sawup to 730 mm
Vertical, angled, horizontal and even from below: openings for doors and windows, reconstruction, demolition.

Foundations, columns, bomb shelters, elements under load and of irregular shape.

From the hole to the haul-away

Diamond core drilling
Holes in reinforced concrete up to Ø 1000 – in walls, slabs, diaphragm walls, brick and at an angle. For pipes, air ducts, cables and inspection openings.

Blade cutting
Openings for doors, windows and lift shafts; removal of concrete structures with a wall saw.

Wire sawing
Where an element is thicker than 720 mm: foundations, columns, tunnel and infrastructure works.

Rock breaking
Hydraulic splitter and chemical wedge (expanding grout) for rock, moraine, river stones and heavily reinforced concrete.

Chemical anchors
Drilling, injecting and setting threaded rods or rebar – a bond between old and new concrete.

Concrete scanning
Hilti scanners find rebar, wiring and pipes in concrete, masonry and plasterboard.

Demolition, clean-up, removal
Dismantling metal and timber door and window frames and glazing; fitting and removing debris chutes.

Machines and consumables
Sale of wall saws and core drilling machines, core bits and blades; re-tipping of old core bits.

Strengthening openings
Reinforcement with steel and/or carbon systems before or after opening a door, a window or removing a load-bearing element.
