Notes

• The price of a hole is calculated on its full depth, not only on the concrete.
• Minimum charge for a job in the Sofia area: €150.00.
• For sites without a lift, or where it cannot be used, carrying the equipment up is charged – by agreement.
• The core drilling prices are for holes up to 2.50 m high and up to 1000 mm deep (deeper: ask us), in normally reinforced concrete – up to 40 kg/m² of bars up to N18. They do not include cleaning up the concrete debris and slurry.
• Drilling heavily reinforced concrete, lintels, columns, diaphragm walls, piles, drilling at an angle and other complications – by agreement.
• Work in low, deep, narrow, hard-to-reach, extreme and other conditions – by agreement.
• The prices for fitting debris chutes assume a perfect plumb line.
• By ordering diamond cutting or drilling, the client confirms knowing what the work involves: water cooling, a risk of disturbing the reinforcement of the building and the load-bearing capacity of the structure, of damaging services and pipes built into walls or floors, and so on. Anchors or plugs stay in the floor or the walls. Water comes out around the hole.
• The client confirms knowing what the ordered work involves and these notes.
• All prices exclude VAT.
